I got this recipe from Allrecipes.com. As usual, I read the reviews and added another package of cream cheese. It helps to cut down on the sweetness from the condensed milk.
16 oz cream cheese
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
2 cups cherry pie filling, or other fruit (optional)
Cream together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add lemon juice and blend well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with fruit, if using, and chill for 2 hours before serving.
